Where can I find the hotel?

MY CLOUD is located in Terminal 1 of Frankfurt Airport. Next to Gate Z 25 in the transit area.

When can I check-in and check-out of the hotel?

Check-in and check-out is possible between 05:00 am and 10:00 pm. Due to the closed passport and security checks, entry and exit of terminal Z is not possible outside of these times.

What do I need to check in?

You need your boarding pass and passport.

What are the transfer times (Skyline) at the airport?

Skyline departs concourse Z daily between 05:30 am and 10:00 pm.

Are there fixed check-in and check-out times?

The times are freely selectable on our homepage.

How long is the reception staffed?

Our reception is staffed 24 hours, 7 days a week.

How can I reach the hotel?

The transit hotel can only be reached via the non-Schengen area of ​​the airport. You can only enter this non-Schengen area if you have arrived / are departing from Frankfurt Airport as a passenger and either your place of departure and / or your destination airport is in the non-Schengen area.

Can I extend my stay?

You are welcome to extend your stay, depending on availability.

Hours 4 – 8 = 20 € per hour
Hours 9 and beyond = 10 € per hour
How can I cancel my stay?

Cancellation is free of charge if cancelled within 24 hours before arrival. Less than 24 hours the full amount is due.

How can I make a rebooking/ cancellation?

Do I need a visa?

No, you do not need a visa to enter the hotel.

How can I make group bookings?

Is cash accepted?

No, we do not accept cash, credit card only.

What kind of luggage can I take with me?

As we are in the transit area it’s only possible to bring your hand luggage with you.

May I store my luggage in the hotel?

Storing luggage at the hotel is not possible.

Is there air conditioning in the rooms?

Yes, every room has an air conditioner.

Are there any toiletries in the rooms?

There are free toiletries in the rooms, various other items are available free of charge at the reception.

Do children pay the full price?

Children under 13 years stay for free, children 13 years and older are considered adults and pay the full price.

Is there a baby bed?

Yes, we have a baby bed at the hotel. Please contact our reception if you need one.

Can extra beds be booked?

Due to the size of the rooms, extra beds cannot be booked.

What are the room size?

Our rooms are approx. 10 square meters large.

Are there barrier-free/accessible rooms?

No, the rooms are not barrier-free/accessible, but our hotel and the rooms are on one floor.

How many adults are allowed to use a room?

Max. 2 adults are allowed to use the room.

Can I bring my pet?

No, unfortunately pets are not allowed in our hotel. You are welcome to contact the Lufthansa Animal Lounge.

May I smoke in the rooms?

No, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the airport. There is a smoking lounge close to the hotel.

Are there any food offers at the hotel?

We have 2 snack machines in the lobby. There are also free hot drinks and water.

Is there wifi at the hotel?

Yes, there is wifi in our rooms free of charge. Please ask at the reception.

What languages are spoken at the hotel?

The following languages are spoken in our hotel: Afrikaans, Arabic, German, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Turkish, Greek, Moldavian, Romanian and Slovakian.

I forgot something in the hotel, what can I do?

All lost items are taken to the airports’ lost and found office.
